200 Ways to Make a Living as a Writer

PRESENTED BY EDWARD HASBROUCK
SATURDAY, APRIL 9, 2022 @ 2:00 P.M. EDT

Looking for new ways to make money from your writing? Looking for online
income to make up for dwindling print royalties, publication outlets, and
freelance rates? Of course you are! Aren’t we all?

We can learn from each other: NWU members and other writers are making
money from work distributed online in more ways than most of us realize.

“Online writing” can mean many things, and can generate income in many
ways. There are digital income possibilities for every genre of writing.
The same written work can be monetized in many ways.

Edward Hasbrouck is a Route 128 “digital native,” print and online writer,
and longtime NWU member and national officer. In this presentation, he’ll share some of what he’s learned from visiting NWU chapters and listening to members throughout the U.S., as well as representing the NWU in national and international coalitions with an even wider diversity of writers.

Edward’s presentations on this topic have been a hit with other NWU
chapters and with other writers’ organizations. If you get one new idea
for a new income source from your writing, or a new way to supplement your
writing income, this webinar will be worth your time!

Write to Barbara Mende to request a link to a Zoom invitation. You’ll receive it by Friday, April 8, 2022.
