In order to provide a peer review letter of no objection for an O-1 visa, we require:
- A copy of the I-129 visa application,
- The letter from the Petitioner to USCIS, and
- The highlights of the Beneficiary’s career, awards, prizes, recognition.
We do not need the entire file that you are submitting to USCIS. We can usually guarantee a 10 business-day turnaround, and there is a $500 fee.
