Dental Coverage and Vision Coverage
Two dental plan options available! A Dental PPO offering the flexibility of members to receive care from any licensed dentist, but members who utilize a participating dentist receive the greatest value under the plan. Dental HMO offers no claim forms, no deductibles and no annual maximums. Members must receive their care from in-network dentists or specialists.
Vision is automatically included in your plan through VSP. Benefits available every calendar year for a vision exam, glasses and frames. Discounts available for laser vision correction and additional glasses and sunglasses.
