On behalf of the NUJ we wish to extend fraternal greetings to you and to all delegates on the occasion of the 2015 Delegate Assembly of the NWU.
The NUJ and the NWU share common objectives and continue to work closely through the International Federation of Journalists.
Our joint participation in the World Forum on Human Rights in Marrakesh is but one example of a shared commitment to media freedom and the right of media workers to operate free from interference, harassment or violence. Your own contribution to that conference and your ongoing work within your own union and internationally is widely admired.
