I have been a political blogger since 2005, writing about national and Virginia state politics at my blog site, Anonymous Is A Woman and at Blue Virginia, one of the largest state blogs in Virginia.

I also served as speechwriter to two U.S. Treasurers and contributed content to the website of the U.S. Department of Treasury from 2000-2007.

Currently, I contribute content to the Maritime Trade Department of the AFL-CIO website in addition to blogging at my own site and Blue Virginia.

I primarily write about politics, focusing on issues of economic justice, trade policy, labor issues, and gender issues.

In addition, I am working on my first novel.
