Lauren Stroh is a writer and editor based in New Orleans.

I write poetry, creative nonfiction, criticism, and new journalism. My writing and photography has been featured in Hyperallergic, Broccoli, Hobart, Public Books, Sinister Wisdom, Urgency Reader, Tenderness Lit, on Radio Nopal, Spoken Violets, and Free Air Radio, and in Speed of Resin, published by dispersed holdings and Cooperative Editions.

I offer developmental editing, copy editing, and proofreading to writers of memoirs, autobiographies, poetry, creative nonfiction, art books, and queer literature. Before freelancing, I worked with Gato Negro Ediciones, Columbia University Press, and the Object Lessons series by The Atlantic and Bloomsbury Academic in an editorial capacity and as a translator from Spanish to English.
